You will also find a link to my flickr account "wonderblimps" to view all of the support documents as images and or video labelled sequentially and in the order that they appear in the DR-E document, which is labelled as you read the DR-E document.

I separated the images from the DR-E document so that the file size would be smaller and it would be easier for each of you to download.
